How to order?

Please order using our website. If you want to place a bulk order, please register your account information and then contact us.

How do I check on my order that I just placed?

Once you have completed your tracnsaction, you should received an order confirmation within an hour letting you know that your order was received.\

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order have been shipped.

Form of payments?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Sales Tax?

We only charge sale tax within the State of New Jersey which is 7.00%.

How long till you receive your order?

Once your payment have been processed, it will take about 2-3 business days to process your order.

Standard Shipping times as followed:

  • Free: 4 - 7 Business Days

  • Standard: 3 - 5 Business Days

  • Express: 1 - 3 Business Days

Note: You may recieve your tracking information early but please refer above on the time frame on when it will be delivered.

For Free Shipping, any orders over $100 for the U.S.

Do you ship internationally or APO/FPO's?

We apologize for any invoicences but we are currently not a the moment.

How to track your order?

There will be a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order have been shipped out. By any chance, if you are not able to access your email, please go to My Orders and click on the order. There you should be able to see your tracking number.

If you have recently have just placed an order, please allow 2-3 business days for you to recieve your tracking information.

If you do not recieve your tracking information within 3 days, please click on Contact Us and provide us any necessary information such as Order Number or Date of Purchase.

Return and Exchange Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you will need to send us an email at mvlsupplies@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date with the exception of Hair Wigs. For Hair Wigs, you must send us an email within 3 days of the delivery date.

Once we receieve your email, we will send you a return slip. Any returns without a return slip will be denied and returned back. Returned items must be new and resellable condition. Items that are open or used cannot be returned. Items must be mailed and postmarked within 7 days of recieving the return slip.There will be a standard restocking fee of 15% of the purchased item.

DISCLAIMER : PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING THE RETURN REQUEST

  • Returned item(s) must be package neatly and damage proof through it travels. If the item(s) returned completed damaged due to inadequate packaging, there will be a restock fee up to 75%. Returned orders without the Return Slip will be refused and sent back.

  • There will be a 15% stocking fee for all returned items except for exchange.

  • Non-Returnables: Any kind of odors such as smoke, perfume, sprays, or any hair products.

  • A refund minus the shipping fee will be issued for all Unclaimed, Return To Sender, Insufficient Address packages.

  • Any package(s) that are unclaimed, returned to seller or insufficient address will be refunded except for shipping and handling fee.

  • All clearance/specials sales are FINAL and are not eligible for returns.

  • The customer must pay for the returned shipping unless there was an error, defective from the seller or item(s) was damaged from shipping.

If the return or exchange items was due to damaged from shipping. Customer must provided proof with pictures of the damaged package to mvlsupplies@gmail.com.

If the customer cannot provide proof of the damage shipment, customer must pay for the returned shipping.

  • Item(s) that are defected or an error on the order upon receiving, please contact us immediately with the order number and the defected/error pictures.

  • For Hair Wigs - Slight differences in length, color or feel texture are not considered manufacturer's defects. Such returns are subject to restocking fee.

  • Customer must provide tracking information via email to ensure that MVL Supplies will recieve the delivery. This is required for ALL returns.

  • All refunds will be process within 5 - 7 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order have been processed and shipped, the order cannot be changed/modified/cancelled. Please double check your order before placing your purchase.

If the customer decides to cancel the order after their order has been shipped, they can refused the package from the carrier. Once the package have been returned to the seller, you will recieve you refund except the shipping and handling cost.

What happen if I am not receiving your emails?

Please check your Spam folder or allow couple minutes to an hour to receive your email.

MVL Supplies is a small family owned company based in Northern New Jersey. Started in March 2018, we are dedicated to quality shipping supplies to our clients. We mostly do wholesales for business. We started off only providing Poly Mailers, since then we have expanded our inventory to include a variety of other shipping supplies. We now provide a wide range of shipping mailers; Kraft Bubble Mailers, White Poly Bubble Mailers, Plastic Mailer (Gray & White) in a wide variety of sizes. We also offer customizations for certain Mailers, such as printing logos on them, color, etc. We also provide other shipping supplies such as shipping labels, Stretch Wraps, Bubble Wraps, Clear Packing Tape etc. Recently, we included painted work gloves and Human Hair Wigs. We guarantee our quality products at great affordable prices. We provide free next day local deliveries within 50 miles. If you’re not within our delivery zone, we can also ship our products to you.
